Omni IQ Tests - All High Range IQ Tests is a recreational site dedicated to puzzles known as High Range IQ tests. We have developed our first Experimental High Range IQ Test, namely The Prometheon Test (hoping to add more tests in the foreseeable future), designed for those who find ordinary puzzles too simple, standardized tests too narrow, and time limits too artificial. Inspired by the pioneering work of Ronald Hoeflin, PhD, and other high-range psychometricians, it continues the tradition of exploring the upper reaches of human reasoning through questions that demand imagination, persistence, and genuine insight. This test is highly difficult and is, thus, only recommended for people whose IQs are in the 99th percentile or above.

When you consider that the average person would answer fewer than 2 questions correctly,  the average doctor or engineer would barely make 4, and that the average professional mathematician or physicist would average around 14, you realize the extremely difficult nature of this assessment. Although a mastery of advanced mathematics is not a prerequisite, proficiency in general areas of math will be advantageous in answering many of the questions. Understanding the wording of the problems, which is occasionally rather intricate, the ability to formulate complex concepts and perform various calculations, which is sometimes also a rather intricate task, are also essential. Overall, the test provides a comprehensive intellectual exercise that effectively evaluates general intelligence.

The Prometheon test was created to fill that void.
