Omni IQ Tests - All High Range IQ Tests is a recreational site dedicated to puzzles known as High Range IQ tests. We have developed our first Experimental High Range IQ Test, namely The Prometheon Test (hoping to add more tests in the foreseeable future), designed for those who find ordinary puzzles too simple, standardized tests too narrow, and time limits too artificial. Inspired by the pioneering work of Ronald Hoeflin, PhD, and other high-range psychometricians, it continues the tradition of exploring the upper reaches of human reasoning through questions that demand imagination, persistence, and genuine insight. This test is highly difficult and is, thus, only recommended for people whose IQs are in the 99th percentile or above.

When you consider that the average person would answer fewer than 2 questions correctly,  the average doctor or engineer would barely make 4, and that the average professional mathematician or physicist would average around 14, you realize the extremely difficult nature of this assessment. Although a mastery of advanced mathematics is not a prerequisite, proficiency in general areas of math will be advantageous in answering many of the questions. Understanding the wording of the problems, which is occasionally rather intricate, the ability to formulate complex concepts and perform various calculations, which is sometimes also a rather intricate task, are also essential. Overall, the test provides a comprehensive intellectual exercise that effectively evaluates general intelligence.

Most intelligence tests are calibrated for the average to moderately gifted individuals' range. They’re useful for schools or employers — but not for those who live and think beyond conventional limits.

The Prometheon test was created to fill that void.

It invites you to wrestle with 36 original problems, each crafted to engage the architecture of your mind:

Take the Test

Instructions 


1. ANSWER SHEET. Please complete the answer sheet as instructed and provide any additional information required.

2. TIME LIMIT. There is no enforceable time limit, but it is suggested that you limit yourself to no more than one month.

3. ATTEMPTS:  You get a maximum of two attempts at this test, but the first is the most reliable estimate of your IQ, so do your best the first time.

4. ASSISTANCE.   To ensure that no one gains an unfair advantage through the use of reference aids, all participants are both encouraged and allowed to utilize books, reference materials only. Paper and pencil should be sufficient for this test; however, you may also use a pocket calculator for basic operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division if you wish. Please note that the use of search engines, websites, online resources, and any assistance from other individuals or AI is strictly prohibited.

5. DISCUSSION OF PROBLEMS. Public discussions regarding test items or potential answers are strictly prohibited. Do not share answers publicly with anyone who has not yet taken this test.
 
6. GUESSING. There is no penalty for incorrect answers, so it is to your advantage to guess whenever you are uncertain of an answer.

7. FEES. Email answer sheets to omniiqtests@gmail.com. The scoring fee for each test is $5.99. USD, payable via Stripe. You will receive a score report showing your raw score, your corresponding I.Q. score, and its estimated percentile in the general population. For an additional $5 USD (for a total of $ 10.99 USD), you'll receive your score broken down into sections, a statistical report explaining the meaning of IQ tests, IQ scores, and an analytical report--qualitative commentary on your reasoning strengths and tendencies. IMPORTANT! The Prometheon is now available for FREE until January 1, 2026. This condition will apply to all upcoming tests during this period. However, only standard score reports will be delivered within this time.

8. SCORE REPORT. Send to the email above. You will receive your score report within 7 business days of confirmed payment (rarely delayed in exceptional instances). Reports are sent securely by email. 

9. DOWNLOAD THE TEST. You may want to download the full test below to work more comfortably.
